We ship all items via USPS world wide within 7 days of purchase. We package all crafts safely to assure they arrive at your door step without damage. It is unlikely; however, If you do receive a damaged item due to accidental mishandling by our preferred shipping service take a photo of the item and contact us immediately. Shipping insurance is optional at the purchasers expense.
Returns: If you are unsatisfied the item must be shipped to us within 3 days of receiving it. We will not cover shipping charges on returned items.
